Along with my current Registered Nurse licensure, many certifications, and five of nursing experience, I am certain in my ability to become a central member of the University of Rochester.

 

I am a highly motivated, energetic individual who takes the initiative in getting the job done. I enjoy working in a busy environment where I am able to utilize my strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills. I am a self-starter, and look forward to challenges. You will find me to be a very hard-working individual with a patient driven approach.

 

Through recent work experience and my academic background I have learned to think quickly and critically, manage patients and recognize the importance of teamwork.  Therefore I am able to perform such functions as developing, implementing and modifying nursing care plans, assessing patients and their needs. More importantly, my interpersonal skills give me the ability to interact with my patients and their families to provide them with necessary information, while including them in decision-making and the best care. I was once a Licenesed Practical Nurse, as well as a trained and certified as a nursing assistant as well as a home health aid.

 

I am confident that I will be an asset to your organization because of the passion I have for my chosen profession, as patient care and safety are top priorities to me.
